2008 - Week 23 Winners

China is proving to be a happy hunting ground for Irish golfers. For the second week in a row, "we" have triumphed! I'm thinking of emigrating to improve my feeble game! Congrats to Darren Clarke on his welcome return to the winner's circle, especially after the tragedy in his personal life. He has always been one of the best strikers of a golf ball and his new putting style seems to be paying dividends. He certainly likes the 18th green! He made hard work of it, but he got there in the end.

Well done to Adam Scott for also stumbling over the finish line in the EDS Byron Nelson Championship. He proved his mettle though by birdieing the last in regulation, and like Clarke, draining a long putt to win it.
