Quail Hollow Predictions Update

Since the Quail Hollow second round leader, Billy Mayfair, was a late replacement, he wasn't in the original field list on Monday. We have therefore re-run predictions on Golf Predictor using the subsequent field updates. This resulted in approximately four removals and 3 additions from/to the prediction list.
