David Lipsky (ranked 41st by Golf Predictor) won the Alfred Dunhill Championship on the European PGA Tour. The 30 year old American can won
his second tour title with a solid performance at Leopard Creek. After overtaking overnight leader Scott Jamieson, Lipsky opened up a gap on the field. However, he made it hard on himself by doubling the sixteenth to lead by just one with two to play. Luckily, he as able to compose himself and he birdied the last to win by two strokes in the end. Last week's winner, Louis Oosthuizen, was our top ranked golfer and he finished in tied 7th. In an event that is usually difficult to predict (and not made any easier by the new greens!), we had ten of the top eighteen plus ties (10/25) in total.
