Golf Predictor Tables Updated.

Due to rendering issues in the new Firefox 4 browser, the look and feel of the data tables on Golf Predictor have been updated. This has been done in order to achieve a more consistent cross browser experience. The tables, which are on almost every page on Golf Predictor, look better now too, even if I do say so myself!
