Kenneth Ferrie (ranked 19th by Golf Predictor) won the Austrian Golf Open pres. by Lyoness on the European PGA Tour. Ferrie, who turns 33 on Wednesday, gave himself an early birthday present by winning at the first extra hole against Simon Wakefield, after hitting two great approaches to the 18th from the rough. Our top ranked player, Miguel Angel Jimenez, finished in tied 14th and we had eight of the top nineteen plus ties (8/20) in total.

The 29 year old American won a mind boggling $11.44 million by by beating Hunter Mahan on the third hole of a sudden death play-off. Haas won the event and the FedEx Cup with a great up and down from the water to make up for his closing bogey in regulation. Our top ranked player, Luke Donald, finished in tied 3rd to narrowly miss out on the FedEx Cup jackpot. Overall, we had six of the top ten in the restricted field event.
