Based on the average score in relation to par in the tournaments hosted on them, these were the toughest courses/tournaments on the US PGA Tour in the 2014 GP Season (calendar year):

1. Pinehurst (US Open)
2. Augusta National GC (The Masters)
3. Trump National Doral (WGC-Cadillac Championship)
4. Congressional CC (Quicken Loans National)
5. Innisbrook Resort & GC (Valspar Championship)

As usual, this year's list is top heavy with major tournaments, with another difficult major venue, Congressional CC, rounding out the top five.
