Paul Casey (ranked 1st by Golf Predictor) has won the flagship BMW PGA Championship on the European PGA Tour. Leading by three overnight, Casey eventually had to get up and down from a bunker at the last to defeat the hard charging local Ross Fisher (ranked 21st), who finished with a sparkling 64. An honourable mention must go to Graeme McDowell, who put in an heroic effort to finish T13th despite the painful shin splints. Including predicting the winner, we had five of the top fifteen.
On the US PGA Tour, Rory Sabbatini won the HP Byron Nelson Championship by two shots with a six under par final round of 64. While several of the big names failed to perform, we had seven of the top sixteen plus ties (7/22).
