Keegan Bradley (ranked 85th by Golf Predictor) won the US PGA Championship on the European/US PGA Tour. Despite a triple bogey on the par three 15th, the 25 year old American ended his country's recent major drought by defeating his compatriot Jason Dufner in a three hole play-off. In doing so, Bradley emulated Ben Curtis by winning a major at his first attempt. Lee Westwood and Colin Montgomerie must be sickened! Not as much as Dufner though, who lead a sizeable lead slip with a poor finishing stretch. Our top ranked player, Luke Donald, finished in tied 8th and we had eight of the top twelve plus ties (8/18).
