2014 - Week 28 Winners

Justin Rose (ranked 1st by Golf Predictor) won the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open on the European PGA Tour. The 33 year old Englishman won his second tournament in a row with an impressive bogey free final day performance in Aberdeen. That transatlantic double gives Rose the perfect boost for the Open Championship this week, where he will hope to emulate Phil Mickelson and go on win there after victory in Scotland. Including the winner, we had eight of the top sixteen plus ties (8/20).

Brian Harman (ranked 50th by Golf Predictor) won the John Deere Classic on the US PGA Tour. The 27 year old American won his first tour title by a single shot from event specialist Zach Johnson. Harman qualified for the Open Championship with the win, so that doesn't leave much time for celebrating his maiden victory! Our top ranked player, Jordan Spieth, finished in tied 7th and we had six of the top thirteen plus ties (6/19).
