David Horsey (ranked 7th by Golf Predictor) won the M2M Russian Open on the European PGA Tour.
The 29 year old Englishman came from three back with two to play to
win his third tour title. After he chipped in for eagle on the 17th and then leader Damien McGrane bogeyed the last, Horsey won with a par on the first extra hole. Our top ranked player, Rikard Karlberg, finished in tied 38th and we had eight of the top eighteen plus ties (8/23) in total.
Tim Clark (ranked 56th by Golf Predictor) won the RBC Canadian Open on the US PGA Tour. The 38 year old South African won his second tour title with a brilliant back nine of 30 (-5) to pip long time leader Jim Furyk by a shot. Our top ranked player, Matt Kuchar, finished in tied 4th and in an event where many of the bigger names failed to perform, we had just seven of the top twenty plus ties (7/24).
