2012 - Top 5 Longest Courses on the European PGA Tour

Based on the course information in Golf Predictor, these were the longest courses on the European PGA Tour in the 2012 season*:

  1. The Ritz-Carlton GC at Dove Mountain (WGC - Accenture Match Play Championship) - 7833 yards
  2. Serengeti GC (South African Open)- 7761 yards
  3. Earth Course, Jumeirah Golf Estates (Dubai World Championship) - 7758 yards 
  4. Lake Malaren (BMW Masters) - 7681 yards
  5. Kiawah Island (US PGA Championship) - 7676 yards

*Course lengths are based on 2013 values as I forgot to do this post at the end of the season in question! Very few, if any, courses change their yardages significantly from year to year.
